東京オートサロンにて『チューニングエンジンアッセンブリー』を発表したのが、現在でもTOMEIの代名詞ともいえる『コンプリートエンジン』のはじまりです。
それから20年以上に渡りレーシングエンジン製作で培ったノウハウを存分に注ぎ込んだ『コンプリートエンジン』を提供してきました。
そして、生産性重視の量産エンジンの生産工程では省かれる精度1000分台のクリアランス調整や100分台の重量調整などを、これまでのコンプリートエンジンと同様に、それぞれのエンジン特性を見極めて組み上げられるのがこの『コンプリートヘッド』『コンプリートブロック』シリーズです。
これにより搭載タイミングなどの柔軟性や併用する他パーツの選定などユーザー独自で使用フィールドの特性にあわせたエンジン製作の選択肢を拡げることが可能です。

We announced the “Tuning Engine Assembly” at the Tokyo Auto Salon.
This was the beginning of the “Complete Engine” that is still synonymous with TOMEI today.
For more than 20 years since then, we have been providing “Complete Engines” that fully incorporate the know-how we have cultivated through our racing engine manufacturing.
The “Complete Head” and “Complete Block” are assembled in the same way as the complete engines of the past, based on the characteristics of each engine, and are subject to the same precision clearance adjustments in the 1,000’s and weight adjustments in the 100’s that are omitted in the production process of mass-produced engines that emphasize productivity.
This allows for greater flexibility in terms of the timing of installation and the selection of other parts to be used in conjunction with the engine, allowing the user to expand their engine manufacturing options to suit the characteristics of the field of use.

使用パーツは全て新品
『コンプリートヘッド』『コンプリートブロック』シリーズではヘッドやブロック本体などについて、お客様側で予めのご用意や送付をして頂く必要はなく、使用パーツは全て新品をTOMEIが手配し製作します。エンジン製作の選択肢に
エンジンアッセンブリータイプではなくチューニングされたヘッド部・ブロック部とあえてそれぞれパートを分けた設定・提供としました。これにより搭載タイミングなどの柔軟性や併用する他パーツの選定などユーザー独自で使用フィールドの特性にあわせたエンジン製作の選択肢を拡げることが可能です。

All parts used are brand new.
The “Complete Head” and “Complete Block” series do not require the customer to prepare or send the head or block in advance, all the parts are brand new and will be manufactured by TOMEI.Consider this as an option for engine manufacturing.
