スポーツ走行時の加減速やコーナリングGによって、車両に姿勢変化や慣性力が生じたとき、オイルパン内ではエンジンオイルの偏りが発生します。
このバッフルプレートをオイルパンの形状に合わせ、また、ストレーナーを囲むように加工・装着することで、常に安定したオイル供給を実現します。

■ オイルパン内のオイルの片寄り■ OILS BEHAVIOR IN THE OIL PAN

純正のオイルパンはオイルの片寄りが大きいと、ストレーナーの吸い口からエアを吸い込み、オイルラインの中にエアが回ります。
一瞬、一部分の油膜が切れただけでも金属同士の接触となって、爆発的に温度が急上昇し、エンジン焼き付きの原因となってしまいます。 When the oil moves away from the pickup and air gets sucked in. In an instant, the oil film is cut and there is metal contact which will see the temperatures soar. This can lead to terminal engine failure.

■ ワンウェイ式ゴムバルブ採用■ ONE WAY DIRECTION

ワンウェイ式のゴムバルブにより、常にストレーナー吸い口周りにオイルをキープします。The one way rubber valve keeps the strainer always submerged in oil.
